is a network consisting of representatives from each level of court and tribunal in every state and territory in Australia, who are advocates for cultural diversity and access to justice in their respective jurisdictions.
Judicial Council on Cultural Diversity
is an advisory body formed to assist Australian courts, judicial officers and administrators to positively respond to our diverse needs, including the particular issues that arise in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
Migration Council Australia
provides secretariat support for both the Cultural Diversity Justice Network and the Judicial Council on Cultural Diversity. The Migration Council Australia is an independent, non-partisan, not-for-profit body established to enhance the productive benefits of Australia’s migration and humanitarian programs.
